Fugitive Slave Chapel finally has a new home. The historic landmark moved from Grey St. in SoHo to its new address at the Fanshawe Pioneer Village in November 2022. It is now fully restored and open to the public at the Pioneer Village.
Carl Cadogan, chair of LBHCC told Global News: “It’s London’s history. And it’s for people to understand a bit about the impact and involvement of the Black community in London in the 1800s and beyond.”
