LBHCC Community Award 

The Black Community Award was established in 2009 by the London Black History Coordinating Coordinating Committee. It is awarded annually to recognize two (2) individuals for their service and contribution to the community, both in the Black community and the community at large. 

If no candidate/s meeting the Criteria are nominated, the Award will be deferred for one year. 

Nominee must be of Black/Caribbean/African heritage and must have resided in London for at least five years prior to the closing nomination date.

LBHCC Partners Award

To commemorate our 20th anniversary, the LBHCC launched the Partners Award in February 2022. The Award recognizes community partners who have constistently supported the work and mission of the LBHCC and the Black community in general.  This Award is open to individuals and organizations.
